Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The caster will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

This allows ANBU to gather intelligence which would otherwise be inaccessible.

Kuchiyose no Jutus is a powerful Ninjutsu which allows the user to summon animals and objects to fight on her behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows her to summon different sizes and skill levels of creature. Signing this contract also allows the animals to reverse summon the human ninja to their location. Kai's animal summons are falcons.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Jounin level Ninjutsu. The normal Bunshin Jutsu creates a copy of the ninja that lacks substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the clones for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with the Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.

Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique, however. Instead of created several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin, a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

Kaminari Kunai is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. Funneling electricity-laced chakra into her kunai, Kai can create a charged weapon that causes multiple types of damage. If struck by the blade, an opponent will be simultaneously cut and burned. If the blade misses, the electricity will be magnetically drawn towards the enemy. The kunai will only remain charged as long as Kai is funneling her chakra into it.

Using her Gekihashou Taijutsu as a foundation for this technique, Kai introduced the Lightning Element to the large amount of chakra in her fist. When she released the chakra with a powerful punch to the ground, a shockwave of explosions and lightning arc and leap across the terrain towards her opponent.

As the enemy sinks further into the hole, the glass embeds itself into their flesh.

Chissoku Rou is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Glass Element developed by Kai. After she performs the necessary hand seals, the ground around her opponent will rise up and encase them before becoming an impenetrable glass chamber. As long as Kai's hands remain in the final seal, the container will stay intact, slowly suffocating the imprisoned enemy. This technique is best used for interrogation and assassination. It requires Kai to maintain chakra focus in order to work properly.

Hari Reikyuu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Glass Element developed by Kai. After creating the needed hand seals, Kai will expel molten glass from her mouth. When it makes contact with the target, the substance spreads until it encases the entire body, immobilizing it. Kai will then form the tiger and snake hand seals and glass kunai will pierce the trapped enemy, killing them almost instantly. This jutsu is only supposed to be used in critical situations, as it is extremely draining for Kai to use.

Kurodaiya no Jutsu | Black Diamond Jutsu

Kurodaiya no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Glass Element developed by Kai. Only used once, Kai created a cocoon of earth around a fallen teammate. Using the pressure of the earth and the intense heat of her electrified chakra, she transformed the earthen casing into diamond in order to preserve her friend's memory eternally. This technique expended a great deal of her chakra, as she surpassed glass to create a substance time would not ravish.

Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below her opponent then, with a swift upper kick, she will launch the enemy into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to shadow the target with their back to her chest. Kai uses the Konoha Kage Buyou to set up her Taka Dageki technique.

Taka Dageki is a Taijutsu that is used by Kai as a follow up to the Konoha Kage Buyou. While shadowing her opponent, Kai reverses their positions by flipping herself around their body. She then strikes them multiple times, knocking them downwards. She then finishes the technique by grabbing the opponent's head and slamming them into the ground.

Gekihashou is a Taijutsu wherein the user builds up an immense amount of chakra in the attacking limb and releases it instantaneously upon impact with the enemy. Kai generally uses this technique in combination with her Lightning Element for her Shougekiha Shoutotsu Ninjutsu.

Shinteigan | Ultimate Truth Eye

Hand Seals: Tiger, dragon, rat, snake, ram
Shinteigan is a Doujutsu originating from the Kokuhaku clan. This Doujutsu features a red mitsudomoe iris with a black outer ring and a triskelion pupil. The Shinteigan grants its user the ability to access another person's thoughts. Konoha's police force has experimented using this Doujutsu in interrogations. The Shinteigan grants access to, at most, three minds at a single time before the user is overloaded by the targets' thoughts. If attempted on more than three people, or used for over ten minutes, the Doujutsu can quickly drain chakra.

This Jutsu can be distracting if the user hasn't fully mastered it. It can activate on its own and, depending on the number of people in the vicinity, overload the user with thoughts. This often causes migraines and depletion of chakra. If the Shinteigan is used too often, the user may start to have hallucinations. In late stages of overuse, the eyes may bleed and the user will eventually go blind or mad from constantly hearing the thoughts of others.

In order to obtain the Shinteigan the user must have a great sense of justice, even if it is his or her own interpretation. They also must be at least Chunin level and have lied about something of great importance. While the Doujutsu originates from the Kokuhaku clan, one does not have to be a member of the family in order to tap into the ability, although the genetic boost helps the chances of susceptibility. Anyone who wishes to learn the Shinteigan must have the aforementioned predisposition to learn it.
